Founder & Principal Designer

Alessia is a residential designer and Architectural Technologist based in Montréal, specializing in custom homes, home renovations, additions, and interior transformations throughout Québec.

A graduate of Carleton University's Bachelor of Architectural Studies program and Master of Architecture candidate at McGill University, she is passionate about creating thoughtful, functional spaces tailored to the way people live.

How we approach every project

From concept sketch to final permit, we apply the same principles to every engagement, regardless of scale or budget.

Every project starts with a conversation, not a concept. We take time to understand how you live, what you love, and what you need before a single line is drawn. The best design decisions come from understanding the person behind the project.

Plans on table

Beautiful drawings that can't be built are useless. We design with contractors in mind: clear details, realistic specs, and drawings that translate directly from paper to construction site without costly surprises.

Chalet framing under construction

Municipal approvals can be complex. We know the codes, submission formats, and permit processes across greater Montréal, so your application moves efficiently and you're never left wondering what happens next.

Permit process, blueprints and plans

We're meticulous about what we hand over. Every drawing set is complete, clearly labelled, and reviewed before delivery. We stay available through construction if questions come up, because we want to see your project succeed.

While based in Montréal, many of our residential design services can be provided remotely, including renovations, interior design concepts, space planning, and 3D visualizations. Permit requirements vary by jurisdiction and may require collaboration with a local design professional.
